Tonight is snowing, snow on Christmas which around Kei who waiting for a woman.  a woman who had long been at his side since he was sitting in elementary school. Women who since childhood who doesn’t like wearing skirts and playing mud fun with him. The only woman who can makes his to cry when childhood because she was hitting his face. Women are always at same school until he was 22 year old.

"Kei, what ‘s wrong? Why were you calling me??" Ruu approached her lover. Then she sit on a park bench.

"Ruu, do you remember? Exactly a year ago. Here ... we are .. "

"Yes, of course Kei ... I remember .." Ruu was smiling and holding one of Kei’s hand. Trying to remember a lot of good memories in that place they had started.

Flashback of 25 December 2011 ....

"Oy!! Kei-chan! "A soft voice drifted snow accompanied the cold of the night. Kei’s smile appears

"you’re so slow Ruu!! I've been waiting here for 20 minutes! "

"Gomen ne . ah, mom asked me to help her. By the way, where are we going? "

"just follow me"

Kei immediately walked in front of the girl. girl who had acted like a man and is now wearing a pretty dress wrapped in fluffy pink coat with white accents broken ornaments. 10 min they were walking and came to a park. The girl still wonder why Kei bring her here.

"Ruu, do you remember this place?"

"nope"

"Hhh, you’re stupid. So stupid!! . Come here! "

Kei walks to her. He removed part of snow who covered a big tree then grout it. Ruu instantly remembered about the tree. Kei took a box from the ground and gave it to Ruu, once again smiled and opened it.

"this is  ...." Ruu said in silence. Kei smiled

"Do you remember? when we entered junior high school and your mom told you to move to Hokkaido. We had both cried that night because we refused to be separated "

'Un, then ... "

"And it turns out you did not move and we even go to the same junior high school, right? hahaha. And you've even were crying aloud that night "

"stop it!!, why are you happy to make me shamed??" Ruuwas blushing.

Ruu then opened the box. looks a blue wire formed into two tiny rings. Kei took one of the two rings, stretch the wire and put it to Ruu finger.

"Ruu ... I ... I love you, you're the only woman that fills my whole life"

Ruu was blushing once more, she still held out his hand, let Kei put childish ring and looked at it.

"I beg you, please be mine forever .." Kei continued his sentence.

Ruu nod, she accepted it.

"I love you too  ... Kei .."

Kei quickly huged Ruu, felt really happy that night. Christmas Eve was cold but very warm for him. Then he kissed Ruu softly "Arigatou, Ruu-chan"

"Yes, I remember. In this place, we started it all. All our stories  "Ruu was floated into the wonderful memories.

Kei didn’t look at her face. He bowed and silent, not responding to what Ruu said.

"Ruu, Gomen ne. seems like we have to end up here. I can no longer with you ... "

Ruu was frozen, her lips trembling, her tears began to drip.

"Kei, what is it? you're kidding ... right? "

Ruu left Kei alone, in the cold of the snow on Christmas Eve. Christmas Eve is supposed to celebrate with love and happiness.

The next day, Ruu doing her routine. Go to university to prepare final project as a student. He tried to forgetting what happened last night. Ruu doesn’t want Kei’s crueltyconstantly haunt her along her life. He decided to go shopping to satisfying  the desires with her friends today after the lecture.

"Ruu, is that Inoo-san? "one of Ruu’s friend Pointed out to another side of mall.

Ruu turned in the direction to which his friend, saw Kei just came out with his mother of a chemotherapy clinic opposite side of the cafe. Inoo's face was pale, pain and her face was very sad. Ruu raised her eyebrow and unconsciously took a step toward her feet.

"Kei ..." Ruu walked to him and immediately called him.he saw an brown ovelope with Kei’s name on it. "Ruu .." Kei never expect he would meet Ruu there. He tried to cover up the brown envelope.

"Good day Ruu-chan" Kei mother bowed to greet him. Ruu bowed back, then facing down on Kei.

"Kei, it's .... what is inside the envelope?? "Ruu voice trembling slightly, very afraid of the answer that will be saying by Kei.

"It is the result ..."

"MOM!! "Kei immediately shouted cutting his mother sentence. "Well, it's none of your business Ruu!!"

Kei immediately go through Ruu with angry faces. His mother kept looking at Ruu with a sad face. Ruu might knowed what's in the envelope.

Ruu layed down and hugging her favourite bolsters on bed after went home. Still thinking about the incident this afternoon.

Ah .... Never mind Ruu ...!! he's not yours anymore!! after all, she will be married and has a child!!

"Ruu, there was a call from Kei’s mom..." Ruu’s mother shouted.

Ruu quickly rushed to answer it, her curiosity is very strong.

"Mosh mosh, Ruu desu."

"Ruu-chan ..." Kei mother's voice like crying.

"Aunty? What happened?? "

"Ruu, Kei ... he is in the hospital ..."

"Hospital?"

"Yeah, sorry if I hide it from you. Kei is already 2 months ago…. doctors pronounced his brain cancer and he said ...  Kei doesn’t have much time …. "

Ruu cried, she fell silent didn’t know what to say. Ruu immediately hung up the phone and went to the hospital. As soon as possible Ruu went to the Kei’s room. Kei was surprised to find out there was Ruu in front of the door. Ruu put on an angry face, slaps him and then hug him.

"STUPID !!! STUPID !!! YOU’RE VERY STUPID !! ... "Ruu cried again. “Why did you lie? You know I’m like a detective?? "

"You are stupid, I know, for sure mom had told you" Kei chuckled.

"Kei, why .."

"I don’t wanna make you sad. Ruu, you're a beautiful girl, smart, and kind one. You do not deserve to be on my side if you have the time ... I will go .. "

"STUPID!" Ruu snapped, finally her tears were fallen in front of Kei "You ... you think what for I've been beside you? You think I'm a bitch who can suddenly dating with another man after broke up? I ... I love you, still love you very much ... after all, it was not a severe illness, right? still many way to heal you "

Kei wiped the Ruu’s tears. He smiled

mother and sister Kei came with some gifts. It's been six months he was treated in hospital and today is his birthday. And it has been six Ruu came every afternoon, bring him some his favourite food, support him to  continue therapy and hope Kei’s sickness disappear.

"Ah .... Thank you all ... well, you brought a lot of gifts. "

"Yes, this is for Nii-chan." his Sister gave him a golden box with red ribbon. Kei kissed her.

"Mom, where is Ruu?"

"Ruu said she will come here at 6.00 pm. It Looks like he's still preparing a present for you. Hihi "

"omae ra, don’t flirt you brother" her mother smiled when she saw her children smile, as he prayed in his heart this happiness will continue.

"Mom, I want to buy a first food to be eaten together with Ruu-nee"

Kei put his glum face again after his sister went.

"Kei, what is it?"

"Mother, what ... I'm ... going to live?"

"Kei ..."

Kei’s mom’s  phones rang, she picked it up, it was from Ruu’s house.

"Mosh mosh, Inoo here" she replied kindly. "Oh, Ruu’s mother, what’s up?" Ms. Inoo was frozen, covered her mouth and cried. Her phone was dropped.

"Mom? What’s wrong mom? "

Kei took the phone and spoke.

"Hello, Sawada-san. What’s wrong? "

"Kei ... Ruu Ruu ... had an accident ... and .. she's ... she's gone .... "

Kei disbelief, he took the phone and went out. when he got in the hospital lobby, it was very crowded. An ambulance and police car parked in front of the hospital. portable bed removed from the ambulance and seen a body covered with a white blanket move into the autopsy room. Kei want to know who is that but are afraid. Ruu’s mother accidentally saw Kei, loud cry to him later.

"Kei ... Ruu .. Ruu ... she's ... "

"No .. aunty, you’re lying, right? "

"Kei, today, he was in a hurry to give you your birthday present, he was hit by a truck in front of the block. The people who took him to the hospital said, Ruu is hopeless ... he ... "

Kei body fell down , he cried. He doesn’t believe and ran to the autopsy room. opening of white blanket that covered the body and found bloodied face of Ruu. Kei was crying, hugging body was lifeless. some people tried to pull him out but he rebelled. Ruu’s mother kept crying over the incident and eventually passed out. Kei mother soon came into the room, is standing behind her. A policeman came to Kei who is still hugging the body of Ruu.

"Excuse me, what your relationship to her? This lady, when on the verge of death he gave it to me and the last sentence asking me to give this to someone named Inoo Kei "

"Yes, I’m Inoo Kei" Inoo replied in his tears.

The police gave a small box. Kei opened. He saw two blue rings inside a tree planted by a small letter.

Kei wipe his tears slowly, getting silent, kissed Ruu’s cheeks and lips bodies then whispered "Ruu, thank you. I love you very much "then stood up and turned to face his mother

"Mom, please prepare my chemotherapy schedule this week. I .... Want to continue my life ... "
